Rather than pursuing results that are placeless, atomized, and merely numerical, we are committed to fruit for congregations and leaders that is local, observable in the bonds of leaders with one another, in congregational vitality, in inter-congregational networks, and in service to church neighborhoods in Los Angeles.

The Bible is the consistent theater of our work, and the Spirit is the Power who grows human imagination and gives life through the Bible to communities. We engage in biblical interpretation expecting to be surprised rather than right and we trust partners’ imagination and gifts by the Spirit to determine its results.
